中環國投分散式垃圾處理技術介紹

 與傳統爐排爐技術、流化床技術將垃圾進行直接燃燒或者熱解燃燒不同,該技術利用熱氣化技術原理,采用特殊設計的反應器,垃圾在一定溫度(650℃以上)、缺氧條件下進行熱解和氧化還原反應生成可燃混合氣體。可燃氣體通過負壓引入水(堿)洗塔,對混合氣進行急冷、除塵、除酸等處理后得到比較潔凈的可燃混合氣,可用于鍋爐燃燒或者低熱值燃氣發電機發電。該技術可實現粉塵SOxNOxHCl、二噁英、重金屬等污染物的達標排放,產生的惰性灰渣占原生垃圾質量的10%左右,可燃氣體燃燒產生的余熱可用于供熱,具有顯著的環保優勢及經濟優勢。
